Check-in Instruction
We are thrilled to have you as our guest and hope you'll have a wonderful stay at our cozy house!
Before you arrive, we would like to provide you with some essential information to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Location & Transportation
Our property is near Kiyomizu-Gojo Subway Station. If you are departing from Kyoto Station, please choose one of the two options below.

Directions:
After arriving at Kyoto Station, head to the bus stop and take Bus No.205 departing from Kyoto Station. Get off at Kawaramachi-Gojo bus stop, then walk about 3 minutes (270 meters) to reach the property.
If you prefer a more direct route, you may also take a taxi to our address (approximately 8 minutes by car).
Check-in method
The front door has an electronic lock. Please hold your keycard over the sensor to unlock it.
Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance. Our staff will guide you for check-in.
We need time to clean and prepare the property for the next guests. Kindly observe the check-in and check-out times below:
Check-in: 16:00
Check-out: 10:00
Luggage storage
We offer free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out for our guests. If you need this service, please confirm us in advance and get the details.

Luggage storage after check-out: Until 13:00
House Rules
We kindly ask you to observe the following house rules during your stay:
NO SMOKING in the room, or outside by the door. Since public smoking is forbidden in Kyoto, it will be wise to check if it's a smoking area before you smoke.
Garbage: According to local regulations, throwing garbage outside the house is forbidden and garbage separating is needed before throwing.There are 2 trash can inside the house for separated garbage,please read the instruction (it’s on the trash can) carefully. If you need garbage collection, please leave the tightly packed separated garbage bags to the collecting garbage bin(It’s outside the house).
Energy conservation: Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights, heating, and cooling systems when not in use or when you leave the house.
Keeping the property clean: We greatly appreciate it if you can keep the house tidy during your stay. If you require additional cleaning, let us know, and we'll be happy to offer cleaning service (additional charges may apply).
Proper usage of amenities: Feel free to use the amenities provided, but please take as needed and join us in being environmentally friendly.
Since our house is in a quiet neighborhood, please be aware of noise and respect our neighbors. Especially keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No parties or events: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we do not permit parties or large gatherings in the house.
Pet policy: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property.
